Really loved this one! On a similar note, there is a London-based company called Biohm, which is based on the idea of using biomimicry and that "everything that is constructed should be designed to be deconstructed" which just makes ultimate sense to me - you might find it an interesting company to interview/explore if you are looking to do more of these.

noz you brought up an amazing point of which we are mostly taught about westren architecture in architecture school, and as an asian myself I totally relate and find it really sad. I'm currently majoring in interior architecture in an asian country, but all they teach us about are westren designers and architects. The sad thing is that we adopted their mentally to the point where our countries no longer look like what they used to. Do not buy a Bertazzoni product. Their service is terrible and I have all kinds of problems with my oven and they won't return my calls, they are terrible!

Bertazzoni dont stand behind their products. I purchased one and had problems with it from day one. They won't fix it and now they just hang up on me when I call. Terrible service for a $4000. oven!
